Dry offset printing utilizes a relief printing plate that transfers or “offsets” multiple colors to a rubber pad or blanket. The blanket then transfers an inked image to a substrate such as polypropylene drink cups.
We ere dedicated to designing and manufacturing high quality dry offset printing machines. This printing machine is for the decoration of round cups with UV "curing on mandrel". The machine has a speed range of maximum 400 cups per minute and can be equipped with 6 color heads. The machine and color heads are of rigid construction providing you with a long lasting, low maintenance machine that produces high print quality. The machine is compact while still allowing for excellent accessibility.
